Subscription Cancellation

No Cancellation Fees - Cancel Anytime

We believe in flexibility. You can cancel your SassyShot subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you'll continue to receive shipments until then. You may receive fewer shots in your final shipments to match the remaining days until your subscription ends. You won't be charged for the next cycle.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through multiple convenient methods:

The Stripe Customer Portal

Manage your subscription directly through the Stripe Customer Portal. You should have set this up when you first subscribed.

Email

Send a cancellation request to hello@sassyshot.com with your account details.

Cancellation Timeline

Weekly Subscriptions

Cancel anytime. You may receive fewer shots in your final shipments to match the remaining days until your subscription ends.

Monthly Subscriptions

Cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid month.

What Happens After Cancellation

  1. You'll receive immediate email confirmation of your cancellation
  2. You'll continue to receive shipments until the end of your current billing cycle, possibly with fewer shots to match remaining days
  3. No future charges will be processed through Stripe
  4. You can restart your subscription anytime by contacting us

Partial Cycle Refunds

If you need to cancel mid-cycle due to special circumstances, we may offer prorated refunds:

  • Medical reasons or dietary restrictions
  • Extended travel or relocation
  • Product quality issues
  • Financial hardship (case-by-case basis)

One-Time Order Cancellation

For one-time orders (non-subscription):

  • Cancel within 2 hours of placing your order for automatic refund
  • Orders in processing may be canceled with partial charges for preparation
  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled but can be returned per our return policy
