Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

SassyShot offers refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Product arrived damaged, spoiled, or defective
  • Incorrect items were shipped
  • Order was not delivered within the promised timeframe
  • Quality issues with our products
  • Subscription cancellation (prorated refunds)
  • Customer dissatisfaction within our return window

Refund Processing Times

Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Debit Card: 5-7 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfer: 5-10 business days after processing

*Processing typically begins within 24 hours of refund approval

One-Time Order Refunds

For one-time purchases, we offer full refunds when:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Products are unused or defective
  • Original order confirmation is provided

Refund Amount: Full purchase price plus any shipping charges (when applicable)

Subscription Refunds

Active Subscriptions

If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, we'll provide a prorated refund for the unused portion:

  • Weekly subscriptions: Refund for unused weeks
  • Monthly subscriptions: Refund calculated on unused days
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation

Defective Shipments

If a subscription shipment arrives damaged or defective, we'll provide a full replacement at no charge. If replacement isn't preferred, we'll issue a full refund for that shipment.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact customer service within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Submit photos if claiming damage or defects
  4. Receive refund confirmation and timeline
  5. Return products if required (we'll provide shipping label when applicable)
  6. Receive refund to original payment method

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • When only some items in an order are defective
  • For subscription shipments where only some products are affected
  • Late delivery compensation
  • Customer service goodwill gestures

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • - Products consumed beyond our return window
  • - Gift cards and promotional credits
  • - Items damaged by customer mishandling
  • - Products returned without prior authorization (when required)

Refund Method

All refunds will be processed through Stripe using the original payment method. We cannot process refunds to different cards or payment methods than originally used for security reasons. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange alternative refund methods.
