Subscription Returns
For subscription customers, if you receive a damaged or defective shipment, we'll replace it at no charge. If you're consistently unsatisfied with our products, we recommend canceling your subscription and we'll provide a prorated refund for unused portions.
Perishable Product Policy
Since our immunity shots are fresh, perishable products, we cannot accept returns of consumed products unless there was a quality issue. We ask that you contact us immediately upon delivery if there are any concerns with product quality or freshness.
